Typical custom order production time is 10-15 days after proof approval. We'll confirm production and delivery expectations within 24 hours of receiving your order and artwork.
Specifications for Submitting Badge Artwork: (Custom badge artwork should be created exactly as you want it to appear on the badge)
Illustrator (ver 6.0 or higher) preferred
No bleeds on tag stock badges
Allow for 1/16” non-printing on all edges
Convert fonts to outlines
Save and send as a vector file (eps or ai file)
Please Note: - Order minimum for full color custom printed badges is 1,000 badges. - Any quantity above 1,000 badges is acceptable--no need to order in specific increments. - A $100 digital print set up fee is required with each new order.

The estimated production lead-time for custom items is indicated in the description of the item's web page. Estimated production lead times are based on business days and do not include weekends, holidays, outages, and other issues that may impact production schedules. We recommend allowing sufficient time for production and shipping prior to your event date.
Once your order is placed and art file(s) received, a customer care representative will be able to confirm production and provide a ship date based on current production schedules.
Custom printed items ship after they are produced.
We will do our best to make sure your order delivers on time, every time! However, we have no control over delivery delays once an order is released to the shipper (Fed Ex / UPS/ DHL). Delays may include natural disasters, inclement weather, carriers experiencing high volumes in shipments, delivery restrictions, etc.
We are not responsible for lost shipments.
