Exquisite event badges that combine the best of both worlds: high-quality custom printing; onsite color printing flexibility and the speed you require.
Rest assured, our top-of-the-line badges are crafted with vibrant digital color printing on smooth, white inkjet compatible stock. Additionally, they feature precision perforations between each badge, ensuring sturdy and break-resistant badge feeding through your on-site printers. Yet, they can be easily separated post-printing for swift attendee badging.
The event badge is conveniently sized at 4" x 6" and features a center fold, allowing it to transform into a two-sided 4" x 3" badge when folded. To create this badge, simply design and print it using your Epson Colorworks or Primera printer in the 4" x 6" size format. To ensure the text on the bottom portion of the badge is printed correctly, remember to rotate it and print it upside down. Once the badge is printed, fold it in half at the center perforation, and voila! You have your two-sided 4" x 3" badge ready to go.

Please Note: - Order minimum for full-color custom printed badges is 1,000 badges. - Any quantity above 1,000 badges is acceptable--no need to order in specific increments. - A $100 digital print set up fee is required with each new order.

ESTIMATED LEAD TIME
The estimated production lead-time for custom items is indicated in the description of the item's web page. Estimated production lead times are based on business days and do not include weekends, holidays, outages, and other issues that may impact production schedules. We recommend allowing sufficient time for production and shipping prior to your event date.
Once your order is placed and art file(s) received, a customer care representative will be able to confirm production and provide a ship date based on current production schedules.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of order date.
If an order is in pre-production and a proof has been provided, there will be a $150 cancellation fee.
We will not accept cancellations for orders that are in print production.
RETURNS
Custom printed items are not returnable.
SHIPPING
Custom printed items ship after they are produced.
We will do our best to make sure your order delivers on time, every time! However, we have no control over delivery delays once an order is released to the shipper (Fed Ex / UPS/ DHL). Delays may include natural disasters, inclement weather, carriers experiencing high volumes in shipments, delivery restrictions, etc.
We are not responsible for lost shipments.
