4" x 3" Expiring Badge Sets
These time expiring self-adhesive visitor badges change color overnight to prevent reuse so there is no need to collect visitor passes at the end of a visit. Each badge set includes the plain white adhesive label and expiring clip-on badge piece. Visitor passes print effortlessly through most DYMO and Zebra Direct Thermal printers. 1,000 badge sets per pack (4 rolls of 250 badges per roll and 1,000 badge clip on backs) Choose the color of your Clip-On Back Piece above: With "VISITOR" (red, green, gray, orange, pink, purple or blue) or plain (red, green, white). ESTIMATED LEAD TIME The estimated production lead-time for custom items is indicated in the description of the item's web page. Estimated production lead times are based on business days and do not include weekends, holidays, outages, and other issues that may impact production schedules. We recommend allowing sufficient time for production and shipping prior to your event date. Once your order is placed and art file(s) received, a customer care representative will be able to confirm production and provide a ship date based on current production schedules.
CANCELLATIONS Orders may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of order date. If an order is in pre-production and a proof has been provided, there will be a $150 cancellation fee. We will not accept cancellations for orders that are in print production.
RETURNS Custom printed items are not returnable.
SHIPPING Custom printed items ship after they are produced. We will do our best to make sure your order delivers on time, every time! However, we have no control over delivery delays once an order is released to the shipper (Fed Ex / UPS/ DHL). Delays may include natural disasters, inclement weather, carriers experiencing high volumes in shipments, delivery restrictions, etc. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
